Alihea Jones is a force of expertise and resilience—

a master cosmetologist, licensed educator, and multifaceted entrepreneur with over three decades of mastery in the beauty industry.

Born and raised in Central New Jersey, Alihea’s journey began early. She entered the beauty industry at the age of 19, after working for other salons for years, she eventually embarked on her first salon in her home state. In 2009, she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where she not only secured a new state cosmetology license but also became a licensed cosmetology instructor.

While balancing the demands of being a single parent to her two children, now ages 20 and 30, Alihea simultaneously pursued higher education online, earning an Associate's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing.

By 2015, she founded and directed Beauty Concepts The Academy, a premier training hub for licensed beauty professionals. For over 15 years, Alihea has redefined professional development, focusing her advanced education programs not just on cutting-edge skills, but on the crucial pillars of mindset, business growth, and leadership. She is celebrated for helping beauty industry professionals unlock their next level of success and becoming top industry leaders.

In addition to her work in the beauty industry, Alihea is the visionary behind "Unlimited Oasis" a luxury travel brand that curates healing, empowering, and unforgettable experiences around the world. Whether it’s a wellness retreat, a dream getaway, or a business mastermind in paradise.
"Unlimited Oasis" is rooted in the belief that success should be both beautiful and deeply fulfilling.

Her impactful life is profoundly rooted in unwavering faith and family. A God-fearing woman and faithful in ministry, Alihea also raised her children in the church, relying on her strong, close-knit family and her faith. As a single parent, she faced many trials and hard times, but consistently found that God always provided a way.

This foundation of faith proved essential when, after navigating immense challenges while striving to balance single motherhood and entrepreneurship. Alihea faced a crisis of integrity versus stability in past business dealings. This period of reckoning resulted in a subsequent 6-month sentence at a minimum-security federal prison camp. This challenging period became a radical spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional transformation. What could have broken her instead became a refining fire, from which she emerged with a renewed vision, unwavering faith, and a clearly defined purpose.

This experience was a profound awakening, and became the foundation of her next chapter. Through prayer, reflection, and surrender, she emerged stronger.

Today, Alihea is rebuilding her life and her businesses with God's guidance at the center.
